Our success depends on our continuing ability to establish, protect and enforce our proprietary rights relating to the IVT.
We continually monitor the patenting activity in the area of our technology and where necessary instruct our patent attorneys to take the appropriate action. It would not be advisable for us to comment on individual patents.
