I have received a mailshot from a company offering a report on Torotrak. How have they obtained my details? Should I request the report?

The Torotrak plc Share Register is public information and under Section 356 of the Companies Act the registrars must supply the Share Register in hard copy format to anyone who requests and pays the appropriate fee.
