Why do I receive multiple copies of your reports? How do I stop this?
When purchasing shares in Torotrak at separate times your name or address details have differed slightly, therefore the registrars are obliged to treat them as separate entries on the register.
To consolidate your holdings into one entry please write to the Registrar at Capita Registrars, Northern House, Woodsome Park, Fenay Bridge, Huddersfield HD8 0LA stating that you wish to consolidate your holding, including full details of the holdings (name, address and holder number exactly as it appears on your share certificate) and indicate the correct name and address details to be used on the consolidated holding.
