01/12/06 - Institutional Shareholding

The Company was notified on 29 November 2006 by Cavendish Asset Management
Limited that clients of Cavendish Asset Management now hold an interest in
2,562,300 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') which
represents approximately 2.14 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.

In addition, the Company was notified that Cavendish Opportunities Fund hold an
interest in 1,210,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.00 per cent
of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
