This announcement replaces the announcement released by Torotrak on 1 August 2006 under RNS 0595H (the ”Announcement”). The second paragraph of the Announcement read
“Following this transaction, Mr Batchelor has a beneficial interest in 65,261 Ordinary Shares”.
This section should have read “Following this transaction, Mr Batchelor has a beneficial interest in 86,464 Ordinary Shares”.

Torotrak announces that on 1st August 2006 Mr James Batchelor, a Director of the Company, purchased 26,075 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares”) at 22.85p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Batchelor has a beneficial interest in 86,464 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.07 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital.
