08/12/06 - Director/PDMR Shareholding
On 1st December 2006 the Company announced that certain directors and employees
had been awarded ordinary 10p shares of the Company (Ordinary Shares) by the
Trustees of the Torotrak Employee Share Trust (' the Torotrak EST'). Further to this announcement The Company was notified by the Torotrak EST on 4
December 2006 that certain directors sold sufficient Ordinary Shares to cover
their personal tax and national insurance liabilities arising from the
