The Company notifies that two copies of the resolutions passed at the Company's
EGM, held on 13 August 2007 to approve the Firm Placing and Open Offer announced
on 19 July 2007, have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will
shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document
