Joint investment models

Torotrak welcomes joint ventures with established manufacturers and other parties who wish to combine their own skills and experience with Torotrak’s award-winning expertise to create market leading products, on a shared risk / reward basis.

In May 2010, Torotrak formed a 50:50 joint venture with centrifugal supercharger firm Rotrex. The JV which is called Rotrak, will develop a variable drive compressor technology to address the automotive industry's need for affordable, effective engine downsizing technologies.
