AGM – information for people who hold Torotrak shares through a nominee account
If you hold your shares through a nominee account, you will be able to attend, speak and vote at Torotrak’s AGM provided that you bring along a letter of representation to the meeting. You will need to show this when registering with our registrars.
If you are not in possession of such a letter, you are still welcome to attend the AGM, however you will need to sign in as a guest and as such, will be unable to vote.
