Principal Engineer

Delivers systems engineering activities and manages engineering / manufacturing feasibility sign off of key projects within a structured and best practice approach to project management. Enriching internal skills sets and providing internal role model for both project management & systems engineering disciplines. Acts as mentor / coach and facilitates organisational learning of project management best practices.

Modelling and Simulation Engineer

To develop simulation software tools and capability to assist in the development of variable-ratio transmissions systems and sub-systems. Modelling areas to include: full (lumped parameter) vehicle models, variator dynamic models, tribological contact models and variator geometrical effects. Also to support design studies using such tools.

Commercial and Marketing Analyst Manager   

The Commercial and Marketing Analyst Manager will be responsible for providing information and insights regarding customers, markets, competitors, and campaign effectiveness, to measure performance and support business decisions, planning and managing various research projects, and be able to work closely with senior management to interpret findings.
